Import Your Contacts to ReEngage

Import customers using a CSV, sync from your CRM, or add contacts manually so you can segment and message them.

Before you can segment or message customers, you’ll first add your client list to ReEngage.
You can import contacts using a CSV file, connect an integration to sync automatically, or add individual contacts manually.

📥 Import a CSV

  1. Select Import in the upper-right corner

  2. Download the template

  3. Copy and paste your data into the template

  4. Save the file as .CSV

  5. Upload your file

  6. Import

How to use

  1. From the Main menu, select Settings
  2. Select Integrations

  3. Choose your provider

  4. Follow the authentication steps

  3. Select Create or Create & Add More
