How to Integrate With Hatch
Send contacts from your GlassHouse Sales Board directly into Hatch for outbound SMS communication.

The Hatch integration allows you to automatically push contacts from the GlassHouse Leads Funnel into Hatch for follow-up SMS conversations. Once connected, GlassHouse will send lead data directly into your Hatch account via their API.

You will need:

Permission to create API keys in Hatch

🛠️ How to Set Up the Hatch Integration
Step 1 — Create an API Key in Hatch

Log into Hatch.

Navigate to the Integrations section of your campaign.

Select the API Keys tab at the top of the page.

Click Create API Key.

Enter the label: GlassHouse

Save the generated API key.
🔐 Keep this API key secure. You’ll paste it into GlassHouse in the next step.
Step 2 — Add the API Key to GlassHouse

Go to GlassHouse.

Navigate to Settings → Automation.

Expand the Hatch section.

Paste the API key you created in Hatch into the API Token field.

Click Submit.

Step 3 — Create a Custom Source in Hatch

Return to Hatch.

Navigate to Custom Sources.

Click Create Custom Source.

Enter the label:
glasshouse-
This value must be lowercase.

Confirm the API source name populates automatically.

Click Create Custom Source.
🎉 Your Integration Is Complete
Once the custom source is created, GlassHouse will begin pushing contacts into Hatch whenever the integration is triggered from your workflow.

To confirm everything is working correctly:

Trigger a test lead from GlassHouse.

Confirm the lead appears in Hatch under the glasshouse custom source.

Verify that fields such as name, phone number, and campaign details arrive correctly.
