How to Integrate With Jobber

The Jobber integration allows GlassHouse to pull all existing Jobber clients into your account for outreach, mapping, and reporting. Once connected, GlassHouse will continue to update your client list automatically.

✅ Before You Begin

You will need:

• Admin access to Jobber

• Admin access in GlassHouse

• Your Jobber login credentials

ℹ️ Note: Jobber authentication happens during setup. No API key is required.

🛠️ How to Set Up the Jobber Integration

Step 1 — Log Into GlassHouse

1. Sign into GlassHouse using an admin account.

2. Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.

Step 2 — Open Automation & Integrations

1. In the Settings menu, click Automation & Integrations.

2. Scroll until you find the Jobber section.

3. Click Continue.

Step 3 — Log Into Jobber

If you’re already logged into Jobber, GlassHouse will automatically detect your active session and proceed.

If you’re not logged in:

1. Enter your Jobber admin username and password.

2. Click Log In.

3. Jobber will authorize GlassHouse and complete the connection.

🔐 Your Jobber credentials are used only to authorize the connection.

Step 4 — Extract Your Existing Clients

Once Jobber is connected:

1. Expand the Jobber section in GlassHouse.

2. Click Extract Clients.

GlassHouse will begin pulling all existing client records from Jobber.

Typical timing:

• A few hundred records: a few seconds

• Several thousand records: slightly longer

Step 5 — Load Your Clients Into GlassHouse

After extraction completes:

1. Click Load Clients.

GlassHouse will:

• Convert Jobber data into GlassHouse client records

• Automatically map addresses and parcels

• Populate clients into My Clients

• Display clients across the Reveal Map

⏱️ This step typically takes 1–2 minutes depending on account size.

Step 6 — Wait for Data to Fully Populate

After loading, allow 5–10 minutes for all client data to fully process and display.

You should see clients appear:

• In My Clients

• On the Reveal Map, mapped to addresses and parcels

Once clients are loaded, GlassHouse will continue updating Jobber data automatically.

⚠️ Troubleshooting

Nothing loads after extract

• Wait 1–2 minutes and try again.

• Large Jobber accounts may take longer to process.

Login loop with Jobber

• Log into Jobber in a separate browser tab first.

• Return to GlassHouse and retry the connection.

Clients appear duplicated

• This can occur when Jobber records contain multiple addresses.

• If duplicates persist, contact GlassHouse support.

Load Clients button is disabled

• Wait for the extract to fully complete.

• The button will enable automatically once ready.
