How to Integrate With Jobber

Connect your Jobber account to GlassHouse and sync your client records with one click.


💡 What This Integration Is

The Jobber integration allows GlassHouse to pull your existing Jobber clients into the platform for outreach, mapping, and reporting. Once connected, GlassHouse will continue to keep your client data updated automatically.

This integration removes the need for manual imports and keeps your client data in GlassHouse aligned with Jobber.

Once synced, you can:

  • See your clients in My Clients

  • View clients mapped on the Reveal Map

  • Target outreach using accurate, up-to-date records

  • Reduce ongoing data maintenance


📦 What Data GlassHouse Pulls from Jobber

When clients are extracted from Jobber, GlassHouse pulls the following information:

  • Client name (first and last)

  • Email address (if available)

  • Phone number(s) (if available)

  • Address information

Important:
Only records with valid names and at least one contact method (email or phone) can be imported into GlassHouse.


📌 Client Statuses Included in the Jobber Import

GlassHouse pulls all active clients from Jobber that contain complete, usable contact information.

This includes:

  • Active clients

  • Clients with currently scheduled jobs

  • Clients that are not archived in Jobber

The following clients are not included:

  • Archived clients in Jobber

  • Clients missing a name or contact information (email or phone)

This ensures GlassHouse imports only clients who are active, reachable, and eligible for outreach.


✅ Before You Begin

You will need:

  • Admin access to Jobber

  • Admin access in GlassHouse

  • Your Jobber login credentials

ℹ️ Note: Jobber authentication happens during setup. No API key is required.


🛠️ How to Set Up the Jobber Integration

Step 1 — Log Into GlassHouse

  1. Sign into GlassHouse using an admin account

  2. Select Setting


Step 2 — Open Integrations

  1. In Settings, Select the Integrations Tab

  2. Scroll to find Jobber

  3. Click Continue


Step 3 — Log Into Jobber

  • If you’re already logged into Jobber, GlassHouse will automatically detect your session

  • If not:

    1. Enter your Jobber admin username and password

    2. Click Log In

Jobber will authorize GlassHouse and complete the connection.

🔐 Your credentials are used only to authorize the connection.


Step 4 — Extract Your Existing Clients

  1. Expand the Jobber section in GlassHouse

  2. Click Extract Clients

GlassHouse will begin pulling your existing Jobber clients.

Typical timing:

  • A few hundred records: a few seconds

  • Several thousand records: slightly longer


Step 5 — Load Your Clients Into GlassHouse

  1. After extraction completes, click Load Clients

GlassHouse will:

  • Convert Jobber records into GlassHouse clients

  • Map addresses and parcels

  • Populate My Clients

  • Display clients on the Reveal Map (Green Pins)

⏱️ This step typically takes 1–2 minutes, depending on account size.


Step 6 — Allow Time for Processing

After loading, allow 5–10 minutes for data to fully populate.

You should then see clients:

  • In My Clients

  • On the Reveal Map, mapped to properties (Green Pins)


🎉 Your Integration Is Complete

Once clients are loaded, GlassHouse will continue updating Jobber data automatically.

No additional setup is required.

⚠️ Troubleshooting
