⚙️ How to Connect Workiz

Collect API Credentials

• API Token

• Auth Secret

Navigate to Integrations

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Integrations

3. Locate Workiz

4. Select Configure

 Enter Credentials

1. Paste the API Token and Auth Secret

2. Complete any additional required fields

3. Click Save / Connect

Run Initial Sync

1. Trigger the initial sync

2. Customer data will begin importing into GlassHouse

Review & Confirm

1. Review the previewed customer list

2. Confirm the import to complete setup
