12/17/2025 : New Sales Board Settings for Prospect Groups, Warm and Hot Leads

Customize lead lifetimes and hide Home or DNC phone numbers on the Sales Board.

What’s New

We’ve added Sales Board Settings, giving you more control over how long prospects and leads stay on your Sales Board — and how phone numbers are displayed on lead cards.

Availability: This feature is available to customers on Universal credit plans.

Key Updates

Custom Lead & Prospect Lifetimes
You can now set automatic removal rules for:

  • Prospect Groups

  • Warm Leads

  • Hot Leads

Items with no activity will automatically move off the Sales Board after the timeframe you choose, helping keep your board focused on active opportunities.

Sales Board Settings

Phone Number Visibility Controls
New settings allow you to:

  • Hide Home phone numbers
  • Hide DNC phone numbers

These settings are enabled by default to support cleaner lead views.

If a lead only contains Home or DNC numbers and no email, the entire card will be hidden from the Sales Board.
