It brings together campaigns, conversations, and lead activity into one place—so you can quickly see what’s happening and take action.
🧠 How to Use It
Think of Sales Board as your workflow:
- Lane 1 → outreach sent
- Lane 2 → AI is handling the conversation
- Lane 3 → human follow-up needed
- Outcomes → final result
Everything moves automatically based on lead activity.
📣 Lane 1 — Active Campaigns & Messages
Leads that have been messaged but have not replied yet.
Grouped by campaign
Each campaign appears as a card with total enrollments
Includes all outbound activity (SMS, email, campaigns)
Leads leave this lane based on your Campaign Lead expiration setting.
🤖 Lane 2 — Jackie Answering
Leads where a positive reply has been received and AI Responder (Jackie) is enabled on the campaign.

While in this lane:
Jackie responds automatically
Conversations progress in real time
No action is required unless you step in
Leads move out of this lane when Jackie escalates or a user takes over
⚠️ Note: AI-assisted messaging requires setup and is available to organizations on Universal Credit Plans.
⚠️ Lane 3 — Needs Attention
Leads that require manual follow-up.

This includes:
Escalations from Jackie
Campaigns without AI enabled
Leads requesting a human
Also includes stalled or inactive conversations
Leads leave this lane based on your Needs Attention expiration setting.

Start your day in Needs Attention.This is where leads are waiting—and where the highest opportunity exists.
🏁 Outcomes
Booked - Declined - Removed
Once moved to an outcome:
- the lead is removed from active lanes
- the record becomes read-only
⚙️ Settings & Controls
Sales Board behavior is controlled by:
- Campaign Leads → how long leads stay in Lane 1
- Needs Attention Leads → how long leads stay in Lane 3
Search allows you to find leads by name, email, or phone.
Time Filter adjusts visible activity.
Show Outcomes displays completed leads.
