Support Hours, Coverage & Holiday Schedule

GlassHouse provides software support to all customers as part of their ongoing subscription. Support is available via email and through in-app documentation and video resources within the platform.


Standard Support Hours
Support is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
During these hours, all requests are acknowledged within 2 hours as part of our standard response and triage process. Triage time may vary, but you will receive an update before the end of the business day for any issue submitted that day.


Holiday Coverage
On company-observed holidays, our Support team is away; however, we will check email 1–2 times per day for urgent issues. Emergency requests will be reviewed and prioritized based on criticality and available resources. Non-urgent requests will be addressed on the next business day.
