💡 What It Is + Why You Want to Use It

The Template Builder is where you create and manage all messaging used across the platform.

From here, you can create:

• Individual Messages — one-time or reusable outreach
• Automated Responses — used for Hot Lead follow-up
• Campaign Messages — used in Campaign Sequences

Templates include Ask Jackie AI to generate personalized, high-performing SMS content.

Use it to create, reuse, and send consistent messaging across campaigns and automations.

⚙️ How to Use Template Builder

Create and Build a Template

1. Navigate to Templates
2. Select Create>Individual Message
3. Enter a template name
4. Select Next
5. Enter a short message idea
6. (Optional) Enhance with Ask Jackie AI
7. Refine your message:
   • edit text
   • insert placeholders
   • re-enhance if needed
8. Select Next to preview
9. Select Save & Publish

🔁 How Templates Are Used

Templates are used when sending messages or building Campaigns.

• Send a message to a single group using a Template
• Apply Templates within Campaigns to automate follow-up over time
