Outreach is where your Prospect Groups turn into real outreach and conversations.
Prospect Groups appear here after they are created in Reveal, ReEngage, or Prospect Import.
Use Outreach to:
- launch campaigns or send one-time messages
- view message activity and results
- manage your Prospect Groups
🧭 How to Use Outreach
🚀 Start Outreach (Required First Step)
Before you can view activity, stats, or results, you must send outreach.
You can do this in two ways:
- add a Prospect Group to a campaign
- send a one-time message
👉 Outreach activity, message history, and performance data only appear after a message has been sent
Start with a simple send — you can always refine your campaigns as you go.
🚀 Add a Group to a Campaign
- Locate your Prospect Group
- Click Add to Campaign
- Choose one of the following:
Use an Existing Campaign
- Select a campaign
- Click Next
Create a New Campaign
- Click Create New Campaign
- Complete the required setup and launch

⚡ Send a One-Time Message (Without Campaign)
- Click the send icon (arrow) next to Add to Campaign
- Complete the flow:
- select a template
- edit message (if needed)
- preview and send
👉 Used for quick outreach or Reveal Plan users
📁 View Your Prospect Groups
- Navigate to Outreach
- Review your groups under Your Prospect Groups
Each group shows:
- contact count
- date created
- status
- source
🔍 Filter by Source
- Use the tabs to view groups:
- All → all Prospect Groups
- Reveal → created from the Reveal Map
- ReEngage → created from existing contacts
- Prospect Import → uploaded lists
- Use the search bar to find a specific group
👀 View Group Details
- Click on any Prospect Group row
- Review:
- total properties
- contactable phone numbers
- total emails
- Click Show/Hide Details to expand or collapse group stats
📊 View Campaign or Message Activity
- Click the Active Campaign / Message link
- Review:
- message content
- send date
- campaign or message status
👉 Migrated messages may not show full stats
⚙️ Take Action on a Group
- Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column
- Select an action:
- Send Email
- Push to HubSpot
- Export contacts
- Archive the group
⚠️ Important Notes & FAQs

| Campaign vs One-Time Send | Campaigns are used for structured outreach; one-time sends are for quick messaging |
| Reveal vs Universal Plans | Reveal Plans typically use one-time sends; Universal Credit Plans support campaigns |
| Group Locking | Groups in active campaigns are locked until completion |
| Single Campaign Limit | A group can only be used in one campaign at a time |
| Group Expiration | 30 days (Reveal) or 365 days (Universal Credit Plans) |
| Why can’t I take action? | The group is Processing, Active, or Archived |
| What does “Active” mean? | The group is currently tied to a campaign or message |
| Why don’t I see stats? | Stats only appear after outreach is sent; migrated messages may not include historical reporting |
